Because you would be wrong... this is the two-story candy whose base is the unsurpassed in taste and quality sesame tahini from the village of Pelevun (Plevun), Ivaylovgrad region.
Sesame tahini according to old Bulgarian technology, used for centuries. The resulting product is distinguished by exceptional purity and quality, high content of fiber, vitamins, gluten and preservatives free. Produced in an ecologically clean region from ground, roasted, unhulled yellow sesame, own production. Ground in a stone mill and baked in a wood-fired oven.
The light acidity of the pear is balanced by the strong, bold flavor of the sesame tahini. The design of the candy itself is a picture of the warm Ivaylovgrad sun and the fertile, clean soil in which the sesame grows. Enjoy!
