All our chocolate figures are handmade with great care and attention. Although we pack them carefully to ensure maximum protection during transportation, we cannot guarantee that courier services will deliver them in perfect condition. It is possible that the figures may be damaged during transportation. We are not responsible for any damage caused by courier companies.
